FYI on an alternative to bagging leaves this fall.
Dear Fulton Heights Board of Directors,
We are a locally owned landscape management company that is looking to partner with neighborhood associations to offer discounted services to its members.
The big push for the fall is leaf pickup. We are looking to organize “Curbside Pickup” of leaves and save residents money and time hassling with city bags. Basically, residents would place their leaves in piles along the curb, and we would come by on a scheduled day and collect them to be recycled. All collected leaves will either be recycled by a farmer in Middleville for soil reclamation or recycled locally into compost.
Prices are very reasonable:
· 3-10 households – $49/each.
· 11-20 households – $45/each.
· 21+ households – $42/each.
